For a camp to become a UPA Accredited Camp the camp must meet all of the standards listed below and complete an application process.  UPA Accreditation is the only current accreditation available for Ultimate camps.

Standards for UPA Accredited Camps
    - All campers must be full UPA members
    - 9:1 maximum Camper to Staff Ratio
    - 25:1 maximum Camper to Regulation sized field ratio
    - All Full-time staff instructors are Level I UPA Certified Coaches
    - All Staff that will have unsupervised contact with minors must undergo a              background check
    - Lifeguards on duty at pools
    - Certified trainer on duty during all training periods
    - All Camp provided transportation is insured
    - Spirit of the Game and Self-Officiating included in camp curriculum
