Team History:
For the third straight season, Safari returns to the plush polo fields of Sarasota to compete for the National title. We bring with us a plethora of weapons, separated by generation gaps but brought together to display our talents and our Safari colors. With wise veterans like Shar Stuht, Jamie Peters, Lisa Daenzer, and Mary Ann Polityka sharing the field with frisky young guns like Alicia White, Tonya “Scooter”Lenaburg, and Kelly “Muff/Buff” Jarvis, the combination may prove lethal. According to legend, an Ungowa Princess will be named, but who will it be? Off the field, we will work hard to rise to the call of one of our mantra’s: “At the party we’ll up the pace, our goal to win every BOAT RACE!” Florida may not know what’s hit ‘em.
